Four Corners Compounding Pharmacy in Queen Creek

Our goal here at Four Corners Pharmacy is to provide you with the best pharmacy experience possible. Please call with your prescription refill numbers 24 to 48 hours ahead of time to allow us time to have your prescriptions ready for pick up when you arrive. Many prescriptions are made from “scratch” and require sufficient time to compound these medications based on your physician’s prescription request. If you have prescriptions at another pharmacy and would like to transfer them to Four Corners Pharmacy, please ask us how to transfer and we will be happy to make all the arrangements for you.

We offer shipping of prescriptions within the state of Arizona via the US Postal Service. Ask one of our staff members if you are interested in receiving your medications in the mail.
